Committee Charge:

The charge of the Bylaws Committee is to annually review these bylaws, consider proposed changes, and make recommendations regarding such changes to the Executive and Faculty Councils. Proposed bylaws revision may also be reviewed on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year.  

The committee will be composed of seven members of the faculty, at least two of whom are members of the basic science faculty and at least two of whom are members of the clinical faculty with a minimum of one representative from the USF-Lehigh Valley campus and one from the SPT&RS.
