Capitol Improvement Planning

The Office of Facilities Management (OFM) provides information and updates facility documents for the USF Health Capitol Improvement Plan (CIP) submissions. 

OFM annually participates in the CIP Programming processes, and works to coordinate and develop Planning/Conceptual documents for various departments at USF Health. USF Health projects and programmatic needs are developed and established by the Senior Management Team (SMT) and are prioritized for facility development.

HSC Facilities provides or facilitates architectural and engineering input to submissions for various NIH construction grants and other long-term planning projects.
