Center Personnel

Dr. Eric Pfeiffer is the Director of the Suncoast Alzheimer's and Gerontology Center and Professor of Psychiatry at the USF College of Medicine. Dr. Pfeiffer is board certified in  geriatric psychiatry and specializes in the diagnosis and management of Alzheimer's disease. The Eric Pfeiffer Chair in Alzheimer's research was established at the University of South Florida in 1985 to honor his work. Just recently, he was selected by his peers as one of the “Best Doctors in America”, compiled by Woodward and White in its survey of over 35,000 of the country’s leading doctors.
