The baccalaureate degree in nursing, master’s degree program in nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs at the University of South Florida is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.

The USF baccalaureate, master’s, and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree programs in nursing have achieved full accreditation by CCNE through December 31, 2030.

The CCNE, a division of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, is officially recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as an autonomous accrediting agency for baccalaureate, graduate, and residency programs in nursing.

The Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesiology major is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) until 2032.

The Advanced Pain Management Fellowship graduate certificate is accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) through May 2027.

The University of South Florida is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate, baccalaureate, master's, specialist and doctorate degrees.

The USF Health Simulation Consortium is one of three universities in Florida accredited by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare, however USF is the only fully accredited university in all areas of Assessment, Research, System Integration and Teaching/Education.
