The University Psychiatry Center is the site for various outpatient clinics, including adult evaluation and management, child and adolescent evaluation and management, ADHD clinic, Memory Disorders clinic.
To set up an appointment, please contact the Clinical Services Coordinator at (813) 974-8900. During this initial phone intake, information will be gathered about your specific complaint to better assign you to a provider. Please be prepared to provide insurance information at this time. We ask that you bring your insurance card with you to your initial appointment and arrive 15 minutes early in order to fill out paperwork.
In Tampa, the Department also provides services at the Northside Mental Health Center, the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa General Hospital and the Judeo-Christian Health Clinic. In St. Petersburg, the Department is active at the Bay Pines Veterans Administration Hospital and All Children's Hospital. Departmental inpatient services and psychiatric consultation services are located at Tampa General Hospital on Davis Islands in Downtown Tampa.
