Biography
Dr. Tommy McElroy joined USF Health in July 2010. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine.
Dr. McElroy completed medical school and a residency at USF. He finished training as the first fellow in the University of South Florida-Morton Plant Mease Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine.
Dr. McElroy is the team physician for Sun Lake High School in Land O' Lakes. He is married to Kristi and his hobbies include vegetable gardening, building construction and watching college football.
