USF Off-Cycle Orientation

Residents/Fellows starting off-cycle need to follow the checklist below to make sure you can start your program on time. 

 

- Complete paperwork under Mandatory for ALL Incoming Residents/Fellows

- Verify with Program that Resident/Fellow is cleared with GME, Medical Health Administration, Board of Medicine and Affiliate(s)

- Complete any applicable affiliate paperwork

- Create USF Health Account/Email     

- Complete HEALS training- all modules under Required Residents' Training (PGY 2's and above are not required to view Central Venous Catheter videos)

- Complete HIPAA Training  

- Sign up for All Scripts Training- Call Dana Frederick at 813-396-9587

- Get USF Health ID     Map of where to get ID

- Purchase Parking permit, if needed
