Please be aware of whether you are connecting from INSIDE the USF Health firewall (ex. your office PC), or from OUTSIDE the USF Health firewall (ex. using wireless or connecting from home).   Note: Requires SecuRemote or Connectra ...and you must type: HSCNET\ before your username (when prompted).

Note: If you use a shared Enterprise account to access HART, it is still possible to access HART either from inside the firewall or from the outside.
