If you are an older adult or the caregiver of an older adult who would like to attend an aging conference, please complete the GWEP REQUEST FORM to receive financial support for the event. The form can be completed online, saved and emailed to Janice Walker (jwalker@health.usf.edu) for review. Please include backup documentation such as CVs, agendas, order forms, etc.
